At present, I am working with Jaggaer, Dubai as Director Professional Services where my responsibilities includes meeting revenue and profitability targets, provide leadership to team of individual contributors and managers, prior to that I was working with SAP Middle East & North Africa LLC, Dubai as Head of Consulting – MENA, wherein my responsibilities include overseeing the delivery of consulting service and managing various business transformation projects while providing technical leadership to the team. During this tenure, I have successfully built and developed the Consulting Department for the region from scratch. I also developed and supported the existing partner ecosystem to support small and mid-size customers in the region. My earlier roles with SAP MENA included UAE Delivery Manager, Program Manager and Associate Program Manager, accountable to deliver IT programs and initiatives on schedule and within budget.  

My experience till date has equipped me with a multitude of relevant skills. I have acquired valuable experience in directing the delivery teams and managing the delivery of services to the different accounts as defined in the mutually agreed scope. I am adept at driving multiple high value technology projects/programs, managing project teams and deploying technology to build successful solutions and services for clients, ensuring delivery within assigned time, budget and quality parameters as well as exceeding client/business expectations. 

I have a proven track record of leading teams dedicated to technical and service excellence along with quality assurance for delivery under the implemented service level agreements. Additionally, I possess strong commercial and business management skills with skills in generating considerable revenue for the company from existing and new accounts.
