Experience

  • My job involved taking history, assessing, diagnosing and creating a specific treatment plan for adults, geriatrics and some pediatrics.
  • Evaluated and treated variety of conditions including neurological, musculoskeletal and orthopedic cases along with acute and chronic pain management, disc prolapse, multiple sclerosis and post operative ACL, Scoliosis, Heel spurs, Torticollis neck and cervicogenic headache.
  • Designed and prescribed plan of care including short- and long­ term goals, frequency and duration.
  • Documented patientscase reports as SOAP.
  • Always trying to involve patients, caregivers by education, precautions and considerations on how to prevent /improve such condition.
  • Have been always in touch with other healthcare professionals such as Physicians, Occupational therapists, Prosthetic s and Diagnostic radiologists to exchange information about background and progress of patients. As well as to refer patients who requires other medical attention.
  • Working in home health care service.
