✓ Evaluation of the watches that includes all the marks on the case, bracelet and glass are documented as well as working condition and checking of repair history if any.

✓ Documentation of the received watch details along with client profile in the tracking and service files with the order numbers.

✓ Handing over the received watches to the Senior Technician to evaluate the needs of service and estimate process.

✓ Communicate client the estimate with lead times along with the necessary and optional works for approval.

✓ Allocation of spare parts for the respective job order once the estimate is approved in the Sage and in the repair boxes.

✓ Maintain up-to-date tracking and service files and stock on hand.

✓ Order spare parts from Switzerland twice a month.

✓ Update the clients of any possible delays in the services due to unavailability of spare parts or unforeseen circumstances.

✓ Handling dispatch of finished repairs and stock adjustment of used spare parts from the system.

✓ Perform Quality Control (QC) process including examining each watch and bracelet/strap for functionality and aesthetic quality to confirm that repair/service was performed to the customer’s specification and to Breitling standards.

✓ Handling customer complaints with regards to the sales and after-sales by communicating over the phone.
 

✓ Update and provide monthly uncollected repairs from the boutiques to the Retail Head.
