Used MRP system to plan master production schedules based on sales  Overseeing Production planning, raw material planning and procurement for manufacture.  Manage the complete production planning process from forecasting demand to shipment to customers.  Coordinating with Production department for scheduling the production and completion of orders.  Checking the raw material availability on hand and inventories.  Identified raw material and component requirements for production.  Processing the order in our ERP system and handover documents to workstation to start processing.  Coordinate and monitor production workers t to ensure timely completion.  Handover the documents to logistics department for order shipping, invoicing and delivering the product to customers
