I worked at a renowned pharmaceutical company in the Philippines, the Mercury Drug. I've been a cashier for 8 years and a pharmacy assistant at the same time. I was later on promoted as an assistant branch manager for 9 years. As a cashier, I am proficient in handling POS register, handling cash sales and e-payments like credit/debit card. As a pharmacy assistant, I would say I am excellent in customer service. I give assistance with any pharmacy activities like taking and reading prescription as much as I can, assisting patients/customer in what they need, answering phone calls, handling customer complaints and inquiries, checking and inventory of items. Promoted as assistant branch manager, I provide administrative support to senior officers such as inventory management, oversees and monitor branch daily operations, ensures the implementation of all policies and guidelines, plan and organize data to meet the target quota. I am trustworthy, have good interpersonal skills, can do multi-task, and excellent in customer service.
