Sheryl Grace Daliva

I have an experience in the E-commerce Industry and administrative job for 4 years and 2 years experience for Food Industry. Combining my experiences, I have learned and developed my skills in communication and customer related service in personal, over the phone and through emails. I am also a fast-learner and I can adapt in the working environment easily. I can also multi-task to help my colleagues anytime they needed me with minimal supervisions. I can also respond quickly to emergency situation and maintains a continuously high level of productivity. 

I have done numerous collaborative job with different department to administer events that has to be done during campaigns and promotions. I am also assigned to communicate with Brand managers to discuss their sales online and how they could upsell their products online. I am also the key person to communicate with warehouse and logistics team about the dispatch of online orders and how we could attain a 100% accuracy with regards to our products sold online.

I have finished my Master's Degree in Business Administration and it is the most relevant degree that I could offer in the business. I don't really used up the word Masters as I just want to learn about businesses that I could use and enhance my skills in future.
