Designation : Manager Operations (F & B Operations/ Security / Logistics)

Duties &Responsibilities:

  • Manage all F &B and day-to day operation within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
  • Developing annual budget for the food & beverage department.
  • Oversee the implantation of budget and strategic plans.
  • Participate in and maintain system wide food and beverage marketing programs.
  • Preserving excellent level of internal and external guest service standards.
  • Designing of menus, purchase of high standard of commodities for competitive prices and continuously make necessary improvements.
  • Identify guest needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
  • Negotiate contracts, assists in the selection of menu items, schedule waiting staff, arranges for facilities and supporting logistics for smooth Baquet operation.
  • Communicate daily with the management team, planning work schedules and checking client requirements.
  • Develop and maintain banquet, conference and seminar accounts by providing the clients with exceptional experience before, during and after the event.
  • Ensuring all events run smoothly.
  • Lead by example in maintaining service standards.
  • To carry out day-to-day troubleshooting and address problems as they arise.
  • Leading of F & B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented staff members.
  • Establishing of daily, weekly, monthly targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining of an ownership environment with emphasis on team development.
  • Comply with the government authorities on health, safety and food control.
  • Overseeing of the night auditor, cashier integrates and records all cash and credit transactions, ensures the integrity of records.
  • Report on management regarding sales results and productivity of the F & B department.
  • Training and developing of staff members in all departments / grades across the resort.
  • Managing the transportation fleet.
  • Manage the fleet of vehicles on transportation needs of the Air Line crews.
  • Co-coordinating with the front desk / Airport station managers related to flight schedules.
  • Ensure the vehicles are kept in mint condition.
  • Updating and keeping track on the vehicle running charts.
  • Heading the outsourced security division.
  • Fulfilling all other functions and duties as may be directed by the executive board chairperson.
