I’ve successfully managed the end-to-end procurement of material & services to support the maintenance team with respect to civil, fabrication, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, interior, carpentry, painting, utility service, spares and turnkey-projects.

• Managed Turnkey projects and MRO related requirements which includes day to day activities.
• Responsible for the procurement review and processing of engineering and maintenance requisitions.
• Reviewed technical specification, BOQ (Bill of Quantity) and drawings to determine suitable vendors.
• Evaluated all purchasing requisitions to ensure clarity & completeness in description of required material and services.
• Prepared RFQ documents (technical & commercial) & floated inquiries to the suitable vendors; followed up with the vendors to get the quotations on-time to avoid delay.

• Coordinated various technical reviews with project engineers, vendors & stakeholders to clarify all technical & commercial queries.

• Successfully managed to complete around 20 Crore value of turnkey projects during the pandemic.

Completed Mechanical Engineering in 2013 from Mangalore Institute of Technology and Engineering (VTU)
