I am self - motivated, ambitious and eager to learn. I am a responsible individual with strong communication skills and work ethics besides being creative, focused and highly determined.

Also willing to take responsibility and work independently. At the same time, I can work very well in teams.

Looking for both personal and professional growth makes me capable of working confidently under pressure. Being bilingual gives me the chance to function efficiently in both English and Arabic.

Project Description

• Project Name : Mayan Residential Development on Plot # 4, Sector YS3 - 06, Yas Island.
• Project Cost (MEP) : 170,000,000 AED.
• Client : ALDAR Properties PJSC.
• Consultant : AECOM Middle East Properties.
• Main Contractor : Al Rakha Group.
• Description : Five Residential Buildings, each one of them consists of G + 11 Floors + Roof with a comment Basement with a total built up Area of 19,976.00 m2 (120,000 m2 for all), in addition to 19 Beach Houses Villas.

Achievements

• Analyzing Project's Load Schedule, SLD and Riser Diagrams to tailor the project premises for the technical best operating conditions.
• Calculating Voltage Drop Calculations.
• Selection of cables, wires, circuit breakers and power factor checking.
• Supervising the installation & maintenance of Main Distribution Boards (MDB's), Sub Main Distribution Boards (SMDB's), Final Distribution Boards (FDB's) and Cable Dressing, Glanding, Termination ensuring installation techniques accordance with specifications, drawing and safety standards.
• Inspection & Testing to verify continued operation of the system in accordance with the performance parameters.
• Coordination with QA/QC department for inspections and approvals.
• Following up the equipment's installation such as Lights, Power, Fire Alarm, Speakers, SMATV, Data, Intercom, Access Control, Central Battery, Pumps, Transformers, Generators, Electrical Panels…. etc.
• Designing of Shop Drawings and Load Schedules.
• Solving of Electrical Technical Issues.
• Applying and Getting Authorities Approval for (ADDC , Civil Defense, Etisalat … etc.).
• Coordinating of meeting with Material Suppliers or Consultant to finalize the obstacles.
• Managing, Coordinating and Supervision of all Site Aspects (Progress , Plan , Quality, Manpower, daily report m daily time sheet …. etc.).
• Managing & following up of Material Requisitions.
• Testing & Commissioning of Electrical System Installations in site as per ADDC and Civil Defense Rules & Regulations.
• Coordinating with Mechanical , Plumping, HVAC systems (Loads , Routs … etc.).
• Ability to check & maintenance of electrical protection system.
• Conforming to health and safety procedures and policies.
• Managing & Supervisions of Subcontractors.
• Preparing of Monthly Payments.
