 I have vast experience & knowledge of Estimation of MEP projects & infrastructures projects.  I worked as Sr. Estimation Mechanical Lead Engineer with M/s Drake & Scull International PJSC. I have good knowledge of HVAC service, Plumbing & Drainage service, Firefighting system, LPG/NG system, Medical Gas system& fair knowledge of Electrical systems. I had also involved in procurement activities during finalization of major equipment’s & Installation subcontractors for the running projects like chilled water system installation, duct work installation both GI, & PI ducts, firefighting service installation, LPG & NG service installation. I have good of knowledge of manufacturers & Vendors within GCC & International.

I was leading a team of Estimators, Jr. Engineers of total 12 nos for different services during my service in Drake & Scull International LLC, Abu Dhabi. I was Involved in evaluation of tender documents both technically and commercially, monitoring material take off team for accurate quantification, raising technical queries during pre-bid, attending tender meetings with main contractors & consultants, preparing value engineering & advising cost reduction possibilities to main contractors & consultants, preparation of cost estimation & BOQ, project man hour calculation, preparing manpower histogram & Involved during finalizing final tender value with estimation manager. 

MEP Building Services & Infrastructures Works

 I have worked with M/s Drake & Scull International (MEP division) as Sr. Estimation Mechanical Lead Engineer from 6th February, 2005 to 30st May 2018 (Total 13 years). During my service I got opportunity to work for following tender projects. 

For Louver Museum, Drake & Scull & Habtoor Leighton (HLG) JV, I was team member during tender & this project got awarded to Drake & Scull / HLG JV.  

For Mid field terminal Airport project Abu Dhabi, JV with Drake & Scull, ETA & Voltas, I was a team member during tender, I attended several meetings internal & external with main contractors’ team members.

For Reem Mall project I was Involved during tender & till the project awarded to Drake & Scull International. Attended several meetings with main contractor’s M/s Ghantoot & M/s Itinera JV during tender process.

For Warner Brother Theme Park, I was Involved during tender & till the project awarded to Drake & Scull. Attended several technical meetings with BESIX construction during tender process. 

I have worked M/s Power Spray Electromechanical LLC (PSEM), Abu Dhabi (Al Sharafi group) as Sr. Estimation Engineer from July 2018  to October 2021 (3 years, 2 months

M/s PSEM is a specialist company in the field of MEP construction activities for private & government entity like Abu Dhabi Municipality, Musanada, ADNOC & other. 

I have worked in India for different MNCs namely M/s Crompton Greaves Ltd & Thermax Ltd, Genxt Power India Ltd in Procurement & Estimation department.
