Project: The Zing Chat    Domain: Pharmaceutical   Role: Senior Manual Software Tester 

Creating a chat application between a medical representative and an HCP to provide additional information about various medical items the company deals with is the purpose of   the project. 

My Accountabilities 

• During the project's first phase, organized the test plan, created test scenarios and test cases, and carried out the test case 

• Participating in peer reviews of test cases. 

• Locating bugs and categorizing them according to their severity. 

• Participate in weekly status meetings to keep track of defects. 

• Providing screenshots that can be used to locate and recreate issues. 

• Created the weekly status report and test execution reports. 

• Test UAT as well as production environments for Functional, System, Regression, and Performance issues.

Location: Nashik, Mumbai, and Staines (UK) 

Point is an application through which Bupa makes the majority of its revenue, yet it is built using outdated technology. Therefore, we are adding the same functionality to CRM.

NPOL and CPOL are web-based platforms that allow providers to assist clients in filing claims.

Customers can choose from a variety of travel insurances using the Magenta web-based travel insurance application.

This project is in the insurance industry. We included a new feature that allows users to purchase policies based on modest health insurance packages; our responsibility was to evaluate all of the functionalities. It was entirely centered on buying policies, adding members using both individual and group policies, and filing claims. 

Project: Swift  Domain: Insurance  Role: Senior Test Engineer Location: Nashik & Mumbai   

This project is in the insurance industry. The primary goal of this project is to do regression testing using the updated build and environment from the client DB. The main goal of this project is to offer universal health insurance to all UK clients. 

My Accountabilities

• Organize the project's initial test plan, creating test scenarios and test cases in accordance with the release cycle, and carrying out test cases.

• Perform CRM regression testing and manual testing

• Analyze CRM related issues (general inquiries) - Identify and Provide solution

• Provides support to the data migration efforts for the enterprise CRM program

• Provides guidance concerning business implications of CRM project

• Lead/Facilitate enhancement projects, continuing to identify areas for improvement, standardization and growth in the CRM platform

• Work together with developers and the project management to implement different Agile Scrum Methodologies. 

• Hold daily stand-up calls and maintain two-way communication with product owners and the test manager 

• Carry out functional, system, and regression testing

• Locating bugs and categorizing them according to their severity. 

• Following up with all testers to test and correct any related flaws after smoke testing. 

• Extraction of all TFS defects and identification of open, retested, fixed, and newly discovered defects.

• Test UAT as well as production environments for Functional, System, Regression, and Performance issues.
