Counseling students and parents: leading on students’ assessments for performance and academic progress, setting achievable goals, identifying areas of growth, and developing personalized study plans accordingly.
Providing students and parents’ academic guidance pertaining to schooling and university options.
Ensuring high standards of teaching: Monitoring teachers' performance, developing and delivery high quality professional development workshops, supporting individual teachers as needed.
Conducting parents conferences, closing on sales and renewals, ensuring center's monthly targets are met.
I exceeded targets in both locations I managed and achieved growth. 
Identifying areas of demand in order to effectively manage center's resources as well as identify potential opportunities for new academic programs.
