MOALAJAH FZC is a joint venture between (Veolia Water and BESIX)
• Manage all assets, track the movement and and maintain the availability of the assets.
• Monitor and track the budget in relation to the assets, Check the physical asset locations.
•Tagging the assets, tracking the operationalization of the assets, Tracking the replacement, warranties, and depreciation of assets.
• Track POs, invoices and payments related to assets.
• To be able to build and maintain a proper asset register based on the details and labels.
• Assist in preparing the annual Asset Management Plan contribute to its execution.
• Work with the management to establish and maintain a risk register related to the assets including identifying and evaluating risks as well as proposing mitigation actions.
• Undertake time studies for Replacement / Refurbishment works related to assets.
• Equipment condition monitoring to determine OEE, compliance audits and the effective
• Monitoring data analysis to determine reliability of the equipment.
• Internal cross audits and coordinate with teams to meet set KPIs.

• CARMS is a decision support system (DSS) that combines a structured process with a simple user interface for developing and managing the asset renewal program.
• To manage the expenditure on asset replacement and refurbishment, and ensure that they are planned in such a way as to minimize operational risks while remaining cost-effective
• Annually condition assessments of plant assets and Pumping Stations by using P&ID (Piping & instrumentation Diagrams) and layout drawings.
