Siraj Sultanli

I, Siraj Sultanli, hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Public Administration Academy under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. During my academic years (2010-2014), I was actively involved in the European Law Students’ Association (ELSA), serving first as Vice-President and later as President of the organization’s country branch.

After graduation, I continued my professional journey in several leading legal and investment consulting firms, where I developed solid experience in Contract Law, Business Law, Civil Law, etc. Following my legal career, I also gained years of practical experience in Real Estate Investment Advisory, which enables me to help my international clients make informed and confident investment decisions.

I am currently continuing my career as an off-plan investment advisor at fäm Properties — Dubai’s largest and one of its most reputable real estate firms. The company operates with more than 25 branches and over 3,000 team members in Dubai, and partners with top-tier developers such as Emaar, Nakheel, Dubai Properties, Damac, Meraas, and others.

With deep knowledge of Dubai’s rapidly growing off-plan market — combined with years of experience in law, investment, and international consultancy — I provide strategic guidance and professional advisory support throughout the investment journey, helping you decide on the right project according to your intended budget and financial goals, while ensuring that all necessary steps are properly followed.
