I have more than 10 years experience as a mechanical BIM engineer and  as a coordinator I have good experience in CAD and NAVISWORKS.I can model all disciplines like HVAC, PLUMBING, FIRE FIGHTING. MEDICAL GAS and pneumatic system also i worked in hospitals, accommodations, where houses and hotels and apartments etc. My experience is mostly in Abu dhabi and Dubai.

major projects

• Dalma (ARZANA) Accommodation Project (Detailed Design for Associated Buildings and Infrastructure). The project comprises staff accommodations building, amenities building, traffic control building, and Utility Yard, with a total built-up are of 10,482m2.
• Design Services for KEZAD Gate. Consisting of Phase 1 & Phase 2. Phase 1, Grand Total Built Up Area of 132,922 sqm. Overall Estimated Development Area of 461,867.90 sqm.
• Concept for Warehouses KLP4 & KLP3. Warehouse in KP5, Expansion of KLP 4: A warehouse and infrastructure facility in KP5 area for KIZAD which is considered as an expansion. Warehouse in KP9 in the Free Zone Area - KLP FZ 3: A warehouse and infrastructure facility in KP 9 area (Free Zone Area) for KIZAD (End-user), to be developed in 2 phases.
• Long Term Accommodation Plan for EGA in Jebel Ali & Al Taweelah. The Project embraces the concept of establishing a self-sustainable living environment for EGA staff working in Jebel Ali site as well as Al Taweelah site including proposal for different options. Project includes Residential Accommodation cluster to accommodate 2,000 bachelors in EGA Jebel Ali and 2,000 bachelors in EGA Al Taweelah.
• Operational Staff Accommodation (OSA). The project comprising Master Planning and Development of Operational Staff Accommodation (OSA), for two plots of a population of maximum 20,000 people, located in Khalifa Industrial Zone Abu Dhabi (KIZAD) Area A, of 120,000m2 area each plot. 
• Marfa Port Engineering Services. The project is to develop a dry boat parking yard, together with a gear shop and supporting facilities, on the opposite side of Marfa Port.   
• Kings College Hospital Expansion. The project involves the expansion of existing Hospital in Dubai. The program expansion is approximately 20,000 GFA.
• Seha Emirates Hospital New Building. The project is located in Abu Dhabi Island, Plot No. C182a, Sector E19_02. The total area is around 3,000 sqm.
• Zayed Port Cruise Area Master Plan Development. The project is located at the dedicated plot for Cruise Terminals, within Zayed Port of nominal areal 172,350m2. The area shall be developed by utilizing the entire plot around the existing Cruise Terminal-1, The development includes: Area Development, Concourse Building, Marsa Mina, Taxi Stand, Helicopter Tour Center, Flower Market and Souq.
• Zayed Port Cruise Terminal-2. The project is new cruise terminal to accommodate the increased numbers of tourist visiting Abu Dhabi. The building will include 2 main halls (passengers hall and luggage hall). It also includes shops, kiosks areas, offices, a Majlis for VIP and a cafeteria, and all the amenities required such as toilets, prayer rooms, lost luggage room and other mechanical and electrical areas and rooms.
• Danat Al Emarat Hospital - South Tower is an extension to the existing North Tower Women and Children's Hospital, with a capacity of 100 beds, and total built-up area of 14,000 sqm approximately, including connecting bridge to the North Tower. The project is Ground + 6 floors building, located in Abu Dhabi Gate City.
• Celia New Administrative Capital. The project comprises Educational service building and is located in the village area with BUA 19728 M2. With basement floor with area 6436 m2.
• Zayed Port Cruise Terminal 2, Service Buildings, Abu Dhabi. 
• Warehouses and Show Rooms for Abu Dhabi Business Hub at Abu Dhabi Industrial City. 6 buildings of 67,000m2 area. Design Project Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparation of all types of Mechanical drawings for HVAC, Plumbing, firefighting, Drainage Storm walls infrastructure, drafting MEP  layout design as per instruction of team leader from design development to tendering.
• Coordinate with structural, architectural &  electrical disciplines.
• Coordinate with team leader for MEP design works.
• Preparing shop drawings for MEP works.
• Preparing as built, coordination & detailed drawings for Residential, industrial, healthcare master plan & institutional projects.
• Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time
