Duties and responsibilities:
* Welcoming customers by greeting them and offering them assistance with full customer services considering acknowledging
them within 10 seconds as i focus on output.
* Assigned roles by the store management like housekeeping duties, visual presentation standards among others.
* Working hard towards consistently achieving and exceeding
monthly sales targets to ensure accomplishment of the overall company’s target.
*Follow motion, observation and action plan within the store. *Pass off to the next CSL to update on strength and opportunity, zoning status, observation, backroom status and breaks.* Transferring trading and non-trading items.
* Cross selling to increase ATV with conversion and upselling
focus to increase sales.
* Process payments by totaling purchases, cash and credit cards * Reporting discrepancies and problem to the store manager.
* Merchandising and innovating stocks to reach the stands
* Receiving and storing the delivery of large amount of stock, Stock taking of the store products every season.
* Making Action Plans and Sales Reports, Monitoring Daily, Monthly, Yearly Sales performance and comparison.
