am a SAP SuccessFactors EC Certified consultant and have 9+ years of experience in SAP ABAP including SuccessFactors EC, PMGM & HRBP. I am currently associated with Redington Middle East and playing a dual role. I am a HRBP and senior technical consultant for HR automation projects. 

As a HRBP my role is Succession planning, Planning a Learning and development track, Engagement activities, Employee grievances, Interviewing candidate, talent mapping, competency gap identification and TNI, Competency GAP analysis, Retention Planning, Employee recognition scheme .

Web accessibility: Research on web accessibility, Disability issues (DDA) and created a website for all category user groups including physically and mentally impaired users. Providing solutions for DDA by introducing accessible website 2. Web Services: Created a website for online shopping, sending request and receiving responses from three different web service providers such as Google, Yahoo and Amazon, provided with a price comparison facility and search option for accessibility
