Throughout my past history, I have acquired very well solid experience and knowledge in various technical and business fields such as strategic Project, Business Service Management, ITIL, ITSM, CRM & Analytics. Functional and Technical Skills are mainly focused on the IT Service Management Practice Area, Enterprise Project Management, Integrations, and Automation. On the other hand, I possess Technical Skills in the BMC RemedyIT Service Management, Customer Relationship Management, and Project Management Practice Areas through Project Management Office.
Also, I am an excellent contributor to innovative ideas, a Business Transformation initiative sponsored by Emirates National Bank of Dubai.
I have around 10 years’ experience in Information Technology with varying responsibilities like Team leadership in Project Management and Team Lead Business Applications Support with SLA. Around 4 years of experience in Microsoft Technologies and 6 Years in BMC Remedy and 6 Years in Microsoft Enterprise Project Management (EPM). I am strongly involved in preparing several Business Case Studies, Information Technology Strategic Planning, Integration, and Automation. Additionally Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership and analytical skills, with a proven track record of success in a Tech Mahinda and BMC Software companies like Leading Edge Technology Services LLC Respectively.
