As Operations Manager, Dubai, responsible for commissioning and hand over of the projects with the following Key
Result Areas-
 Aligning the efforts of the management team towards achieving the company goals and objectives.
 Monitoring and executing water and wastewater treatment solutions project within the stipulated time frame and
budgeted cost.
 Coordinating different parties such as designers, procurements, fabrication, installation, commissioning and after
sales teams
 Following up on project procurements, including tendering support, planning, cost estimation, among others.
 Preparing variation orders along with Invoices.
 Ensuring all practices complied with the defined company’s policies and procedures.
 Organising kick off meeting on project status, overseeing all critical developments of the program and compliance
with the technical specifications.
 Negotiating long term agreements with potential suppliers to strengthen company’s capabilities & competitive cost
structure.
 Organising meetings with clients and consultants as per needs.
 Designing and implementing HSE and monitoring adherence to safety standards and satisfactory work practices.
 Utilising appropriate project progress review techniques to keep the project on track and maximise productivity.
 Liaising with project consultants & subcontractors.
As Construction and Site Manager, Oman was responsible for constructing, commissioning, and operating a 6600
m3/day water treatment plant for Occidental Petrol Company, Oman with the defined Key Performance Indices-
 Deployed scrubbers, degassers, and reverse osmosis in the water treatment plant.
 Used the highest standards of safety and quality.
 Managed subcontractors to effectively meet the schedules and plans made for the projects
 Followed up on civil work and foundation including the supports foundations.
 Commissioned and conducted snag list clearance.
 Handled the final hand over of the project to the client.

Participated in a training module on supervising methods, Jordan Institute for Development
 Underwent training on Safety and Fire Fighting Systems, conducted by Engineers Association.
 Attended course on HACCAP for water treatments
 Undergone training & completed Internal Auditing course for ISO 9000 conducted by Engineers Association
 Attended course for Certified Water Plant Operator, IBWA, Jeddah
 Completed Project Management course- Primavera
 Participated in seminars / workshops on water and wastewater treatments using vacuum sewerage lines network.
