Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media efforts across all major platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive traffic and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.

Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content (text, image, video) across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

Monitor social media channels, trends, and competitor activity.

Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.

Analyze and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, conversions).

Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

Manage content calendar and ensure timely delivery of posts.

Work with influencers or brand ambassadors when applicable.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

Proven track record of growing and managing social media accounts.

Strong copywriting and content creation skills.

Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).

Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).

Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work independently.

Creativity and a strong eye for design and visual content.

Video editing or graphic design experience (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.

Preferred Skills (Not Required):

Experience with influencer marketing or UGC campaigns.

Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.

Photography or video production skills.
