About Soleman Ghandour:

I am looking forward to start my career in UAE; I hope to get an opportunity where I can make the best of my potential and contribute to the organization's growth.

I worked in Syriatel as a customer service agent, my job was a call center representative, I was receiving calls from the clients who has question related to the services provided by the company or who has issues related to quality of services. 

My job was to keep the highest level of satisfactory to the clients and to solve their problems in a professional way in order to keep the company rules and to solve the client problem, my job required a high level of empathy and curtesy in addition to very good communication skills with different types of people who comes from very different backgrounds.

During my job, I have two targets:

  • To achieve the highest level of customer satisfactory and to solve their problems.
  • To answer around 75 calls during my working hours (390 minutes).

  • University of Aleppo                                                                                  Oct 2019 till Dec 2022

University of Aleppo is one of the governmental universities in Syria that was established in 1985, during my study the master degree I was given a rule to give courses to the students:

Lecturer in University of Aleppo: 

I was responsible to teach:

 

  1. The students in the second year of Mechatronics Engineering Department: I taught the MATLAB programming language specialized in industrial electronics systems to undergraduate students majoring in mechatronics engineering.
  2. The students in the second year of Mechatronics Engineering Department: I taught the PYTHON programming language specialized in designing microelectronic systems for undergraduate students majoring in electronic systems engineering at the University of Aleppo.
  3. The students in the second year of Mechatronics Engineering Department: I taught a course related to Electronics Engineering, the course was about basic knowledge of Electronics circus analysis.
  4. The students in the fifth year of Medical Engineering Department: I taught a course related to Biomedical Engineering, the course was about general knowledge of Medical Image Processing.

 

  • Sheraton Aleppo                                                                                      July 2020 –June 2021

Sheraton Aleppo is part of Sheraton group that was established in 2007 in my city Aleppo, it is one of the 5 stars hotels in Syria who provides the hospitality services to its guests.

Customer Satisfaction Specialist 

During my study the master degree in the university, I was working as a part time employee in Sheraton Aleppo, my working hours was part time in the evening shift (20 hours a week).

My job was to call the guests after the check out in order to check their level of satisfactory and to take a detailed notes about their feedback either if it was negative or positive, then I have to report these feedback to the customer service manager and the HR manager and to suggest initial solutions if there is an issue needs to be solved. 

 

  • Syriatel Telecommunication                                                                       Feb 2018 till May 2019

Syriatel was established in 2000 as one of two companies in Syria that provides the telecommunication services to more than 7 Million subscribers in Syria.
