• Maintaining constant communication between planners, architects, consultants, investors, surveyors and the construction team weekly in line with build programmes. 
• Sourcing/visiting potential new acquisitions. 
• Issuing/monitoring the dilapidation process through lawyers and surveyors where applicable. 
• Maximising all investment portfolio and ensuring risk of exposure is mitigated. 
• Identifying market trends, following in line with inflation and staying current with political, financial, and economic news.
