Experience
- Conducting project feasibility studies & review meetings for evaluating project progress & de-bottlenecking and developing, reviewing the business case and the definition of requirements while clarifying the quality of the project
- Spearheading complete functions of end-to-end project management including project team resource identification, stakeholder interface, project planning, requirements gathering, technical & functional documentation, issue tracking & resolution and lifecycle testing
- Leading & managing a team of engineers to identify and evaluate the project risks / lesson learnt registers, prepare mitigation plans and ensure their successful implementation
- Implementing Front End Engineering (FEED) progress measurement system & issued monthly progress reports & S-curves to project team
- Developing & maintaining detailed project schedules and monitoring costs to ensure project schedules are on track and meet all deadlines
- Liaising with other departments (requisition of material, HR issues, determining manpower availability, as well as with the Safety & Quality Departments and Planning Department
- Developing detailed planning information including histograms, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), S-curves and progress reports for various projects, implementing operational processes to increase the effectiveness
- Ensuring project schedule includes the required activities for stage gate deliverables, support plans, value improvement practices, project assurances, and Decision Review Board stage gate reviews
- Assessing the generated project plans, schedule of activities, budget & cost estimates and procuring, mobilizing & deploying resources to deliver the project within the defined time and costliness; initiating procurement activities with define schedules
- Implementing relevant corporate project control processes; reviewing, analyzing & scoring EPC contractors
Steering tendering teams; preparing cost estimates, Bill of Quantity /Material take offs from drawings & site investigations

- BE Mechanical – 2012 Institute of Mechanical Engineering (IME) affiliated to University of Mumbai
- DE Mechanical- 1998 (MBC Inst. Of Engineering & Technology – Bardhhaman, India)
