Hello. Iam kuniyal sowmya. 26 years old. Iam basically from Kerala  born and raised in Hyderabad India. Presently shifted to UAE. I started my career from Naaptol as a show host for 1 year , later I joined indigo airlines for 5 years, with in 2 years of my employment I got promoted as Lead Cabin Attendant. Being a Lead I will ensure safety and service protocols of the airline at all times in every flight based on company policy and  also iam responsible to take onboard checks and assessments of the crew to provide excellent customer service .Apart from my promotion I have also received best Grooming award as well as appreciation for providing excellent customer service .I can speak English, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam and Tamil.
