Job Responsibilities at Bond Interiors - Prepares concepts, space planning, prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings, 3d renders, material boards for Interior projects. I love designing residentials, hospitality, retail projects. Role as Material & Specification Engineer includes working for the fit out projects by proposing value engineering materials. Studying the shop drawings & BOQ, preparing material list, meeting with clients and suggesting materials as per suitability, getting samples from various suppliers with the help of purchase team, proposing alternative finishes as per budgets in coordination with estimation, coordinating with production, making mood boards and getting approvals from designer/consultants for the samples and handing over it to production(joinery) and purchase(civil). Some of the major projects include The OPUS(Hotel rooms, Public areas, All day dining, SPA, Gym & Bar) by Zaha Hadid, F&B and retails projects, Suites in Palm Atlantis, Club Villa, Jumeirah
