     My career starts from service Advisor and reaches to Service Operation Level. In between I went through mention positions. Service advisor, Customer Care Manager, Estimator, Body Shop Supervisor, Service Manager, Body Shop Manager, Team leader service and body shop etc…..

Responsibility and experience throughout the carrier is , Receiving Customer understanding customer needs  for service as well as body shop, educating and convincing service as well as body shop customers, estimate preparation, Work shop planning, job allotment based on employees skill, insurance claim handling, Accident Claim Settlements, Claim & Payment follow up, Recovery Insurance follow up, Business budget setting , cost control, Business Planning and Management, Fleet Management, QHSC Activity etc…
