I am a passionate and experienced HCA Professional, who possess certifications in Business/Office Administration (CBA/COA), Certified HR Professional (CHRP), Certified HR Manager (CHRM) and Certified HR Consultant (CHRC) from American Certification Institute (ACI).

Currently I am working as Deputy HR & Admin Manager in a well reputed Engineering Consultancy Company in Abu Dhabi dealing with Oil and Gas industry. My previous and present working atmosphere had moulded me into a true professional with vast experience in Admin, Operational and Strategic HR and open to accept new challenges and responsibilities. Flexible and a great leader with communication skills of fluency level. Believes in utilizing team dynamics for the organizational development and change management. Like to be part of a team who believes in creating big difference than being part of a passive observer. I own good time management skills as well as conflict resolution abilities. I believe in Proactive interventions rather than remedial interventions. Flexibility and adaptability are my key strength and my self-esteem and willingness to do things drive me ahead.
