With almost 20 years of hands-on experience across the media, entertainment, creative, and events industries, I am writing to express my keen interest in contributing my diverse expertise and dynamic energy to your esteemed organisation.

From my beginnings as a Radio Presenter at the age of 18, to evolving into leadership roles as a Program Manager and Media Consultant, my career has been shaped by a passion for storytelling, audience engagement, creative innovation, and event execution on both local and international stages. My experience spans a unique cross-section of industries, including radio and television broadcasting, live entertainment, advertising, content production, creative design, voice artistry, and brand management.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of collaborating with global entertainment icons such as Jason Derulo, Sean Paul, Edward Maya, and Artful Dodger, while simultaneously shaping the media landscape in Sri Lanka through leadership roles at renowned stations like SUN FM and FOX FM. My work reflects not only my versatility as a presenter, producer, and Manager but also my deep understanding of audience psychology, brand positioning, and creative direction.

In addition to my media credentials, I am the Founder and Managing Director of Kay&Blaze Advertising, where I continue to consult on creative strategy, content development, and brand communication for a wide array of clients. My technical proficiency spans Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, FL Studio, and various other production tools, enabling me to deliver content and campaigns from concept through to final execution.

What drives me is my ability to connect with people, elevate brands, and deliver memorable content and experiences — whether through a microphone, a piece of creative content, a marketing campaign, or a live audience. My leadership style blends creativity with strategic foresight, ensuring every project aligns with both organisational goals and evolving audience expectations.
