Performing clinical lab tests on extracted nucleic acid.
Use standard laboratory instrumentation: i.e. magnetic particle processors, thermocyclers, liquid handling robotics.

Recognize potential problems; understand and troubleshoot assays and work to resolve any issues to minimize impact on success of project.
