As a Lead and Backend Engineer, I drive the technical direction of our backend team, focusing on building scalable, secure, and high-performance systems using Laravel and modern infrastructure tools.

I lead architecture design, implement scalable APIs and microservices, and ensure high code quality through rigorous code reviews and testing practices. My work includes optimizing development workflows with CI/CD (GitHub Actions), Docker-based environments, and automated deployments to AWS.

I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—product managers, frontend developers, mobile teams, and QA—to deliver backend solutions aligned with business goals. I also support and mentor backend engineers, sharing best practices and guiding them through architectural decisions and career growth.

I continuously look for ways to improve system performance (MySQL, Redis, Laravel Queues), security (authentication, authorization, secure coding), and developer productivity. From feature design to final deployment, I ensure our backend systems are robust, maintainable, and ready to scale.
