As an Electrical Supervisor at SANJOSE CONSTRUCTORA, I lead and coordinate electrical construction, testing, and commissioning projects for various building automation systems and components. I work with sub-contractors, suppliers, clients, and consultants to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery of the electrical installations and services. 

I have more than five years of experience in electrical work, preventive maintenance, and team management in the construction industry. I have successfully completed multiple projects for different systems, such as MV, HV, CBS, SCS, BMS, FAS, FM200, and Security System. I have also acquired skills in data management, data analysis, time management, planning and estimation, pre-cost analysis, manpower hiring, and risk assessment. 

I hold an intermediate degree in Business Administration and Management from Shree Shiva Higher Secondary School, which has helped me to develop my communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. I also have a light vehicle driving license and a project management skills certification from LinkedIn. I am motivated by learning new things, overcoming challenges, and delivering high-quality results. I am a self-motivated, communicative, quick-learning, and disciplined professional who believes in teamwork and collaboration.

Electrical construction (Containment, wiring, cable pulling, final fix installation, electrical panels, switchgear installation)
Testing and Commissioning for electrical cables, panels, final fixes, AHU's, Chilled water pumps/motors, Calorifiers, Fans, LPS, CBS, BMS, ACS, FAS and other HVAC and building automation components based on feature of facility.
Providing required coordination with sub-contractors/suppliers/clients and consultants.
Keeping progress records, tracing construction/electrical engineering issues and solving them as per the scope and engineering requirement.
Attending required survey for newly assigned tasks/issues, estimation and pre-cost analysis and procurement of required materials, store management.
Implementation of task with as per the planned timeline and team management.
Control and monitoring regular electrical real-time update on load schedules, as-built, work progress and inspections.
