  • Product Management for Mobile apps for Landmark Stores across GCC through a service-based architecture on Android and iOS platforms.
  • Continuous incremental delivery of the Mobile apps for In-Store Retail Operations and Omni-Channel customer assistance on a Service-Based Architecture through Agile best practices on Azure Dev-Ops.
  • Identified and on-boarded the right 3rd party solutions/partners, maintain vendor relationships, and influenced vendor roadmaps.
  • Stakeholder management across all Landmark Retail Brands (Splash, Max, Lifestyle, Babyshop, Home Centre, Home Box, Shoe Mart, Shoexpress, SMI, and LMI brands) to gather, analyze and define business requirements and ensure effective product deployment across all brands and 7 territories in the GCC region
  • Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
  • Worked closely with the Solutions Architect to develop the technical design requirements and ensure the squad delivers scalable and reusable solutions.
  • Managed day-to-day activities of the 12-15 people team/squad, including creating, prioritizing & managing the backlogs of activities.
  • E2E Product Management for Group Customer loyalty program- SHUKRAN platform migration from Siebel to Epsilon People Cloud Loyalty (EPCL).
  • Led the discovery of new features, and services, with Business Heads across brands to understand the business landscape and areas of work, MVP feature prioritization, customer feedback, and surveys.
  • Creates, maintains, prioritizes, and sequences the product backlog based on business value or ROI and Documentation for the ‘As-Is' customer journeys, pain points, and versions of potential ‘To-Be' customer journeys.
  • Translated business goals, product requirements, feature concepts, and customer needs into prioritized product requirements, use cases, user stories, and acceptance tests from themes and features.
