  • Preparing procedure for various Pre-commissioning activities.
  • Preparation and Execution of Pre-Commissioning/Commissioning activities.
  • Coordinate with client and carryout Water flushing, De-oiling, N2 Purging, De-commissioning and Commissioning of System and Sub-systems.
  • System line up Instruction, supervision & witness
  • Mechanical run test, Performance test Instruction and witness.
  • Verify close out of all system punch lists prior to hand over.
  • Interacted with engineering team for finalization of all As-built drawing.
  • Managing all activities related to Pre-commissioning and commissioning.
  • Reviewing of Vendor documents
  • Assist QA/QC and Site Construction Team to address technical issues and establish method statements.
  • Efficiently execute the Pre-commissioning Activities - Pigging ,Cleaning, Gauging, Dewatering, Swabbing, Drying, Nitrogen Purging Pre, Post & Hydro Testing of Pipelines and Piping , Pneumatic testing, drying, Leak test.
  • Organizes pre-start up safety reviews (PSSR) in collaboration with the HSE Manager .
  • Experience in working on AutoCAD, and checking FabricationDrawings, Isometric, P&ID Drawing,Alignment sheet drawings, and GA drawings.

Education

  • B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering: From Navabharath Educational Research Foundation, Karnataka.
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering: From Govt. Polytechnic College, Muttom, Idukki Affiliated to Government of Kerala
