I am a seasoned professional with over 8 years of experience as a dedicated Student Counselor and Admission Officer. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a commitment to working with objectivity, emotional stability, flexibility, and adaptability, effectively contributing to the growth of students and staff. Experience
At King's Business School in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, I serve as the Manager for Student Support and Admissions since December 2021. In this role, I provide a frontline support service, effectively identifying and resolving student issues. I ensure that specialist service interventions are promptly and professionally referred to the Counselling Team, Student Services, and other relevant departments or external organizations when necessary. Additionally, I actively contribute to the internal hiring process by posting job vacancies and collaborating with supervisors in the selection of qualified candidates.
I am responsible for scheduling and coordinating events, as well as organizing ongoing training and professional development opportunities for both managers and employees. Through structured sessions and informal drop-ins, I offer students information, advice, and support on various personal, pastoral, and academic matters. I efficiently assess students' needs to determine appropriate onward referrals and provide recommendations for ongoing support. Maintaining accurate records and management information statistics is crucial to ensure effective service delivery in a shared environment.

I actively collect and review feedback from students and staff, contributing to the Registry's continuous quality improvement plan.
