1. G+1 individual villas with BUA 6100 set, 7500 sft , 7900 sft respectively which consist of shoring(temporary and permanent) in DUBAI HILLS, Dubai UAE (Authorities involved such as DDA, DM, DEWA, DCD)

3. (G+2), 6 town houses with BUA 15,000 sft in which dewatering was excepted by revising the structure as per my advice to reduce the budget of project in JUMEIRA VILLAGE TRIANGLE ,Dubai UAE. (Authorities  involved such as TRAKHEES, DM, DEWA, and DCD)

COMMERCIAL PROJECTS

4. (G+M) Warehouse with BUA 40,000 sft in International City which consists of Dewatering in WARSAN-1, Dubai, UAE. (authorities involved such as TRAKHEES, DM, DEWA, DCD)

• Coordinating with clients on onsite as well as offsite basis for understanding and analyzing the technical requirements and specifications and recommending design modifications based on client requirements.

• Coordinating project contracts documents (drawings and specifications) and handling the design process to deliver appropriate and cost-effective solutions to the agreed program.

• Verifying Auto CAD Drawings for various clients and estimating the cost of materials and resources required for the project.
