I am a passionate Computer Science teacher with a blend of technical expertise and empathetic leadership, dedicated to inspiring students in the ever-evolving world of technology. Over the past three years, I have had the privilege of serving as Head of Year, enhancing my ability to support and mentor students holistically.
My teaching philosophy centers on creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where complex concepts are made accessible and engaging. I focus on nurturing students' critical thinking and problem-solving skills while fostering creativity and curiosity. As a digital and eLearning leader at my school, I lead initiatives to integrate technology into the curriculum, enhance digital literacy, and promote innovative teaching practices. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from BITS Pilani, Dubai, which provided me with a strong foundation in technical and analytical skills. My time at BITS Pilani was marked by rigorous academic training and hands-on experience in various facets of computer science, from programming and algorithms to data structures and software development.
In addition to my undergraduate education, I have recently completed the International Postgraduate Certificate in Education (IPGCE), which has enhanced my teaching methodologies and deepened my understanding of contemporary educational practices. This certification has equipped me with advanced skills in curriculum design, student assessment, and classroom management, allowing me to deliver high-quality education tailored to the needs of my students.
