The Infinity Arch consist of two steel Arches diagonally positioned over the bridge deck with span length 135m, upper crossing Arch 42m above the bridge deck and lower crossing arch have a 40m rise.
Dubai Metro Rail Route 2020 Project: Steel fabrication/ Erection work of 5 Elevated Stations including Iconic Expo Station and 2 under Ground Stations with total Quantity of 18500 tons.
Madinah Hajj City:• Fabrication/Erection of Steel beams: 25 tons over head crane & 3ton monorail (738 tons), Roof façade (level +18) for Chiller building A & B. (1198 tons) & Waste Transfer Station steel building. (189 tons). Design of Steel Sub-Frames for GFRC/GRC, Stilk Curtain Wall Aluminum Frames. RCC buildings construction & Facade work.

Fabrication/Erection of Auditorium Hall Steel Structure Trusses 42m long & 9m depth, Long span Steel Structure Roof for Multipurpose Hall 27m * 126m & Exhibition Hall 48m * 49m, Ceiling Steel Platform, Car park modules and External fence. Total Steel Structure 3500 tonnage. Structural Steel-Sub frame Analysis for GFRC/GRC, Domes frame review, design of steel gates, fence, ladders,Wooden Mushribea and Miscellaneous steel items by STAAD.Pro, SAP2000 and AISC specifications.
Construction supervision of Madinah Munawra & Jeddah Railway station Project. Both stations are component of Al Haramain High Speed Rail project. Activities include Fabrication & Erection of Steel Structures for Platform, Concourse, Link bridges, Stairs, Elevators, facade, glazed floor etc.

Shindagha Bridge (Steel Infinity) over Creek: The project consists of the construction of the Iconic crossing bridge over the Dubai Creek (Infinity Bridge) with 6 lanes in each direction as part of the Al Shindagha Corridor improvement. The bridge is constructed in balanced cantilever method to avoid the disturbance to the creek navigation. The Infinity Arch consist of two steel Arches diagonally positioned over the bridge deck with span length 135m, upper crossing Arch 42m above the bridge deck and lower crossing arch have a 40m rise.
• Responsible for Fabrication of Steel Arches (infinity shape) at Maeg factory Italy 2465 tons with plates 80mm, 60mm, 40mm & 30mm thickness comprising of diagonally box structure for Upper Arch and Lower Arch (3.5m * 2.5m octagon shape). Erection of Steel Arches Upper Arch and Lower Arch. (Total 46 Segments & final shape infinity).
• Welded structure as per AWS D1.5/AWD D1.1. Supervise Fit up, Monitor Preheat, inter-pass temperature, visual inspection and NDT of welding. Total about 52000 kg of filler material used for welding.
• Painting as per Corrosion protection category C5-M.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, Method Statements, Lifting Plan, Technical queries, technical and progress letters to Contractor & Client. Arrange progress and technical meetings and issue minutes of meeting for Technical/progress meetings.
• Segmental bridge construction, reinforcement, concreting, posttensioning, grouting work.
• Walkway frames and precast slab construction.

The Route 2020 is Extention of Red Line Metro from NHT to Expo Station. It comprises of 5 elevated stations including Expo Iconic Station & 2 under ground Stations. Elavated stations has approximately 18000 tons of Steel Quantity.
Responsibilities: Construction of Elevated Metro Railway stations R70, R71, R72, NHT & Iconic Expo Station Steel Structure Woks (18000 tons Steel):
a. Over Ground Stations R70, R71, R72 & NHT (13000 tons)
• Responsible for Fabrication of Steel for all stations at Cleveland Bridge factory, Al Shafar factory (ASSENT), Emirates Building system EBS Factory, AL-Jaber factory at Dubai and China steel factory at China.
• Fabrication & Erection of Transverse, Perimeter & infill beams and Columns for Concourse covering material testing, Fit up, Welding NDT, Painting and other associated activities
• Fabrication and Erection of Planform steel, Entrance pods, Link Bridges & Stairs.
• Fabrication of Roof Steel Structures for R70, R71 & R72 including Primary Ribs, Secondary Rib, longitudinal members & Inclined Ribs (Curved Box Built up sections with Architectural finish).
• Fire Intumescent & Cementitious painting system.
b. Expo Iconic Station (5500 tons): Fabrication and Erection of Roof Canopy (Eye shape) steel works for Iconic Expo station having 5 canopies length ranging from 88.5 m to 130 m and apart 27m to 35m to each other at height 44m, fabrication at China. Diagonal Box sections rotated 45 degree.
• Fabrication and Erection of internal station complex Bridge, East Entrance Concourse, West Entrance Concourse & Roof comprising of Trusses (UB/UC & Circular sections used for Trusses)
• To manage team involved for Erection & Fabrication of Steel works, deal technical meetings & review Shop drawings/Method Statements/Material submittals, Prequalifications & Procedures etc. Technical correspondence with RTA, Contractors & Fabricators.see less
