I have recently moved to the United Arab Emirates after leaving my Food and Beverage Manager job in South Africa to find better prospects for myself, as my Wife is currently teaching in the country.

I have attained sufficient knowledge regarding the Food and Beverage department at various establishments including doing private chef work for lots of families and corporate events. I am a confident individual with diverse skills of being able to work Back of House and Front of House. With my vast experience I am able to run a kitchen or the front of house as smoothly as possible. My experience can be adapted to encourage innovation as well as creativity in the workplace.

I am hard worker and motivated to ensure success. I possess the knowledge and skills to uplift the Food and Beverage environment. Additionally, from work experience I am computer literate and able to work applications in Microsoft Office, namely MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. I am a lifelong learner. I have a passion to inspire others to achieve desirable outcomes and extend their knowledge beyond what they know and can do.
