  • Comprehensive bid preparation includes study of complete technical scope of work, drawings, specification, bill of quantities, schedules, commercial terms and condition as per client requirement with supporting documents.

                   ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•  Prepare pre-tender clarifications, visiting site and communicate with client to understand the scope of work and specification in exact right manner.
•  Determines all aspects of the offer including deadlines, by coordinating with the different  departments such as Engineering, Field Operations, Data Analysis and External Sales,
•  Arrange and send out request for quotation (RFQ’s) to approved suppliers for material, assigning sub-contractors and follow-ups.
• Attend techno-commercial negotiation meetings along with the management to understand the problems & identifying the solutions to meet the client / project requirement with lessons learnt of past projects.
• Proposal of project direct and indirect costs, preparation of complete BOQ including material, manpower, sub-contractor, equipment and installation pricing.
• Collate various deliverable from all tender team members for the compilation of a final bid proposal, final compilation of technical and commercial proposals in line with tender requirements for Complete bid evaluation of tender.
• Assists the sales team in project site surveys and kick-off meetings.
• Responding to Technical Queries raised by client / end user’s during bidding stage.
• Receiving and reviewing Instruction to Bidders (ITB) documents from clients for the   services.
• Preparations of Scope Matrix for inter department distribution of responsibilities.
• Assist HSE Officer to ensure Health, safety and environmental controls are effective by reporting and liaise with the Company Quality & HSE Managers on all aspects of quality and HSE.

CLIENT: PETROLEUM  DEVELOPMENT OMAN (PDO),CONTRACTOR: SAIPEM

      ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Finalize the resource allocation chart as per the budgeted man hours for major activities.
• Finalize the productivity norms as per the site constraints and monitor the progress as per norms.
• Prepare the Bill of Quantity (BOQ) as contract documents and AFC drawings.
• Prepare and submit the daily commodity report for the site productivity assessment.
• Summaries daily site quantity completion report in the QS format.
• Verify the completed quantity at site as per daily report and confirm the execution taken as per AFC.
• Submit the invoice with quantity sheet for approval whit in stipulated time frame.
• Prepare and submit monthly forecast as per work front availability for quantity completion and invoice.
• Prepare and submit the monthly materials requirement including bulk materials in order to achieve the progress. 
• Verify the scope variance between contracts documents and AFC (Approved for construction).
• Prepare and submit the change order for the additional work in line with scope variance.
• Verify and certify the sub contractor’s Quantity and invoice.
• Prepare and send the new item proposal to client for unit rate approval.
• Assist and highlight to site execution team for technical disputed areas for miscellaneous claim  item. (i.e. Lump sum  lines are limited to proportionate of Main Quantities).

       Project consists of Seven Depletion Compressor which includes One IA Package and 9no’s                        condensate pump unit. A part these which includes Fire and Gas systems.

            ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Calibration and testing of field instruments.
• Preparation of electrical Layout, Single line diagram, Bill and estimation.
• Installation of transformer up to 1000 KVA.
• Erection and commissioning of HV/ LV Panel with necessary transformer and generators sets.                                                                                                                                                                    
• Erection and commissioning of all electrical equipment like panel, Meter board power supply for industries.
• Loop Checking a Loop Testing of Instrument.
• Commissioning of Fire and Gas Detection and Telecommunication system.
• Experience in IPS/ESD safety systems.
• Experience with P & I Diagrams, Instrument Index, Instrument Data Sheet, DCS I/O list, Cable list, Instrument location and arrangement drawings.
• Perform Functional Checks of DCS/PLC/IPS/FGS.
