• Spearheading and operating the Sewage Treatment Plant Department; leading the entire engineering activities which include all projects during tendering and execution stage
• Establishing and implementing strategic system, tools and processes to accomplish set objectives and maximum people’s performance in line with the company’s quality standards, policies and regulations
• Developing Design and Build projects by ensuring the quality of engineering deliverables, delivering innovative engineering solutions, and recommending suggestions for continuous improvement during project meetings
• Executing projects strategies right from concept to commissioning, including process, detailed engineering, erection and commissioning of treatment plants based on the process of CMAS, SBR, MBR, MBBR, SAF, High-Rate Anaerobic Filter, Anaerobic, Contact Process, Grey Water Treatment, UF Filters, Reverse Osmosis, Sludge Dewatering Process like Centrifuges & Belt Press
• Cementing healthy strategic partnership and collaboration internally/externally with highly functional Engineering Managers and teams, as well as collaborating closely with relevant entities and subcontractors
• Preparing, managing and controlling the budget, P&L Management, Expenditure Manpower Planning, Appraisal & Recruitment along with HC
• Leading and providing leadership in balance score card monitoring & control, KPI, CAPEX & Opex, material management, PR and GRN management
• Evaluating and approving the Proposal, Tender Drawings & Construction Drawings of Sewage Treatment Plants under Dubai World Projects and Nakheel
• Monitoring the progress of sewage plant projects; accountable for the operation and maintenance of Sewerage Networks including Pumping Station, Manholes, Main Line, Service Connections and Disconnections
• Troubleshooting and driving breakdown maintenance and strategic planning for preventive maintenance of all sewage & sewerage units
• Supervising and controlling Freight of 40 sewage tankers; maintaining sewerage networks in other Ports facilities like Hamriya Port, Port Rashid, and Dubai Used Car Free Zone at Al Aweer
• Formulating and implementing Environmental Management System and Quality System as per the requirements of ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 standards

• BE (Civil & Environmental Engg.) from University of Madras, India in 1986
• M.Tech (Environmental Engg.) from BITS Plannin, India.
