 Provide technical support to Staff/Production process (PLC machines) and diagnosing & fixing hardware and software issues for all Laptop/desktop/Printer and network on daily ticket base.
 Maintain Data Backup/transfers with head office in Hong Kong.
 Maintain Assets register for Computer/Electrical and Electronic Items.
 Assist AMFORI BSCI Audit and SMETA SEDEX Audit and other quality and compliance audits required by buyers.
 Oversee organizational insurance policies.
 Oversee the supply chain – sourcing for IT peripherals (Inland and International)
 Manage group CCTV network. (Both Hardware & Software)
