• Comprehensive knowledge of the project lifecycle, from obtaining construction NOCs and engineering procurement to site execution, inspections, Snagging & De-Snagging, Final handover until Taking over certificate.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and progress.
