I am actively looking for a job like Senior Mechanical Engineer/ Product Engineer or Project Engineer in Dubai, but I am open to all opportunities. 

To obtain a Senior Mechanical Engineer position where more than 10 years of domestic and global experience in an aerospace and an automotive, creating 3D and 2D design, design a composite, plastic and metallic parts, all work done in Catia V5, Siemens NX, Solidworks, support production and flight test team.

Work Experience

July 2018 – Now                  Senior Mechanical Design and FTI Engineer
                                                Kopter (Wetzikon, Switzerland)
                                                               

Creating 3D and 2D models of composites fuselage, interior and FTI for pre series helicopter. Responsible for interior design, different kind of layouts (VIP, medical and rescue) and Flight Test Integration. Writing system and technical documents, creating presentations, support to production to find out problems and determine solution for prototype helicopter.

Feb. 2018 – July 2018        Senior Mechanical Engineer

                                                Aersolution Interior (Altdorf, Switzerland)

Creating 3D models of composites, metals and plastics parts and drawing for V-VIP interior aircraft monuments (tables, cabinets, beds). All work carried out in Catia V5-R19, Catia V6, SmarTeam, Enovia. Creating documentations for certifications and support during tests.

FACC. I worked on couple project:

COMAC - C919 – Developed galley, lavatory, Entrance Area, Aft Area, 

Sukhoi - SSJ100 – lavatory, 

Airbus - A320neo – OHSC, A350XWB – OHSC, Entrance Door. 

Work carry on CATIA V5R18/ R21, AutoCad and SAP. Created 3D models of composite parts, metal parts and 2D documentation.

Process Engineer for an automotive and an energetic industries. Responsible for 2 departments (Injection molding area and encapsulation area). Solve manufacturing problems, test new materials, made new/advanced process methods, discussed with customers, creating technical specification, made price quotations for new molding tools and machines.

I have Master Degree of Engineer from Tomas Bata University in Zlin.

I have theoretical and practical knowledge of metal and non-metal materials (polymers), CAD programs and programs for simulation of polymers material during injection molding process and solved problems and defects during the process. My Master´s thesis deals with the Construction of the glow wire machine and Bachelor thesis was CNC Machining of Cavity Blocks.
