I began my sales career about four years ago as an Account executive. My first job was in Digital Media Unit (media agency), I was handling different websites (entertainment, politics, news…), my role was to liaise meeting with clients/new prospects to advertise with us on these websites via phone, brief my manager with creative ideas, do the media plan to reach our clients' goals, monitor the stage of the campaign to guarantee a successful delivery and maintain a good relationship/communication with the client by constant follow ups. My Second Job was in MTV (Media station), my role was similar to the previous one, however, the difference was that I was handling one website (MTV website). My latest job was in OIL BUG (oil&gas) (REMOTELY), my role was to contact clients via phone and support the current team of the company by introducing & maintaining new counterparty relationships. I also had to prepare quotations, sales inquiries, and sales reports to the head of trading. Lastly, I had to log the conversations held with clients on the CRM software to maintain the database.

I have bachelor degree in marketing and advertising from from Saint Joseph University in Lebanon. I have completed my masters degree in Marketing and Communication.2 years later with 2 diplomas from IAE Grenoble, France and Saint Joseph University.
