I am a result-oriented data-driven marketer with more than 5 years of experience building actionable business insights to implement quantitative & qualitative analysis in data strategy work, which is focused on offline & online digital campaign performance analysis using 1st party data from social media, paid search campaigns & remarketing channels.

1. I started my career 7 years ago when I joined Aon Hewitt as a data analyst and started working on SQL, JCL, SAS languages. That’s when I realized, data is the new fuel and decided to pursue MBA to understand the business perspective of all the data we were getting and how to analyze it for the benefit of better performance. After two years of struggle and winning many competitions across PAN India out of which the most prestigious was The young leadership program for top tier B schools organized by the economics times. Later I got placed with TATA AIG as a marketing manager and the journey began executing and analyzing CRM campaigns and creating and maintaining dashboards in Tableau.  I have worked across the growth spectrum, from forecasting and budgeting to executing and analyzing campaigns on various channels like CRM platforms, Tableau, proficiency in SQL in large pools of data, google analytics, google AdWords, adobe analytics, google campaigner manager 360. Adept at research, planning, and execution of creative, strategically focused brand communication campaigns and versed in managing multiple projects with strong detail, problem-solving, and follow-through capabilities.
