oles and Responsibilities: • I have 5.5 plus years hands on experience of VMware VDI\AOS OS environment. • Worked on different VMware products such as VMware ESXi 5.0, and 6.0. • Managing VMware infrastructure with 2500 plus ESXI, 70 plus AOS, Server 40,000 plus VM, • Installing and configuring the VMware vSphere, vCenter Server & ESXi 5.0, 5.1, 5.5, and 6.0. • Installing and configuring the Nutanix prism and Element. • Upgrading the ESXi, vCenter from lower version to higher version. • Creating the VM's and Installing Windows Servers 2008, 2008R2,2012,2012R2 & 2016. • Deploying the VM’s through OVF & OVA templates. • Installing and Updating VM Tools and Nutanix Guest Tools on Guest OS. • Creating Clusters for High Availability (HA) and Distribution Resource Scheduler (DRS). • Good hands on experience of Cloning, Template and Snapshot. • Creating and removing snapshot as per the client request. • Experience on Host profile and Fault tolerance. • Enabling FT on virtual machines to provid high availability for critical application. • Creating duplicate VM’s using cloning technology. • Adding the LUNS to ESXi servers for creating or extending the data stores. • Moving the VM’s from one host to another host by using V-motion technology. • Moving VM’s from one data store to another data store using storage V-Motion. • Experience on Standard vSwitch and DV Switch. • Experience on Switch polices like Security, Traffic shaping and NIC teaming. • Installing the Patches on ESXi and AOS servers by using Update Manager and putty. • Worked on HP ProLiant 460c G9 Blades, HP Chassis C 7000,VxRail V-570, P-570 & S-570 Serie, and NX3060 Blade hardware’s. • Performing the hardware diagnostic test on blade level for detecting the hardware issue. • If any issue with hardware take up with vender and replaced the parts as suggested by vender. • Upgrading firmware from lower version to higher version as per requirements. • Troubleshooting the HOST and VM’s related issues. • Troubleshooting problems with the help of Event Logs. • Handling the Incident, Change request, Problem management tickets with in SLA time line. • Good experience on ITIL Process like Service request, incident, change management, problem managements. 

 • Monitoring the alerts from VROPs, vCenter, & HP Manager. • Check the alerts & inform Service desk to raise the ticket for genuine alerts. • Take the ownership of cases which are assigned to L1 & L2. • Troubleshoot the issues have discussion with senior team members & take up with vendor if required. • Escalated the issues to L3 team when the issue is not getting resolved by 1hrs. • Close the ticket by taking confirmation from management once issue gets resolved. • Generating a daily Work status reports and sends across the leads 

 • Installation and configuration of Windows Server 2003, 2008\2012R2. • Deploy a Domain controller, Member server, Additional Domain controllers, child Domains, Tree root in an Existing forest and RODC. • User account, gropes, OU levels management in AD organizational units. • User, Computer, Printer, Groups management for the internal requirements. • Configuration of Forest Trust, shortcut trust and External trust. • HP & DELL servers with Windows 2003/2008/2012 include – Domain Controllers, File & Print Servers, Exchange Servers, Web Proxy Server, SAP & SQL Database server. • Distribute and install new drivers, software patches, and service packs for Server and desktop systems. • Installing, Configuring and troubleshooting of Active directory services or Active Directory Domain • Services and Domain Name Services (DNS) in windows 2003 and 2008 environment. • Ability to create shares and give user access to the share folders.
