• Routinely supervision & inspection of scaffolding work activities all around the plant and projects.
• Review and comment on scaffolding procedures and ARA / HIRAs of in-house and contractors.
• Provide guidelines and supervision for complicated scaffolds like suspended cantilevers, truss outs, and high-rise scaffolds at jetty ship loaders, loading arms, dolphin fenders, and flare areas, etc.
• Conducting training workshops for scaffolding & working at height activities and scaffolding awareness for UAE national’s developments as part of ENDP.
• Follow-up with the contractor’s scaffolding erection activity as per their approved scaffold procedure.
• Effectively involvement in mock drills and rescues operations for height work and scaffold activities.
• Monitoring e-permit to work for scaffold and civil activities following rolling plan and update daily activates m/hrs at SAP / Awarded in MAXIMO best employee in shutdown and quarterly year and call duty.

EDUCATION 

• 10th 12th Board of School Education Haryana, India.
• Bachelor of Business Administration.
• Three years Mechanical Diploma.
• Industrial Safety Diploma International Council for Management Studies.
