I am a senior Trade Operations professional, with over 17 years of experience in Trade Finance Operations, compliances in organisations of international repute, am currently with Trigon Gulf FZCO, Dubai. I am well-versed with the entire gamut of activities of Trade execution, import & export documentation, logistics, SCM, bank negotiations, marine & credit insurances, contract & risk management, customer service, treasury management, QC, and process excellence. 

Currently working in Trigon Gulf Fzco, an international Trading organization with business in Chemicals, Synthetic rubber & Paper and Pulp headquartered in Dubai and offices in Moscow, Shanghai, Singapore, Ukraine & India.

• Joined the company as Trade Execution Officer, got promoted as Head of Trade Execution in Dec 2007 
• Single headedly execute the entire trade execution process from Purchase and Sales contract management, SCM, Import-Export documentation, Marine and Credit insurance, Trade finance bank negotiations up to payment realisation, determining the best way to carry it out. 
• Collaborating with multinational banks for Trade finance, Import export document negotiations and treasury management.
• Associating with major multinational marine insurance companies for end-to-end import & export activities (supplier to customer), doing a business over 750 Mn USD
• Coordinating with the multinational credit insurance company from 2011 onwards for global open credit export business over $150 Million annual credit insurance, leading to business growth.
• Interfacing with overseas branches for sales contract execution, logistics management, Counterparty Risk assessment & Payment realisation
• Leading a team of 8 executives to draft import/export documents, SCM and submit them to customer/bank in a timely manner.
• Harmonising with global freight forwarders and shipping companies for hassle-free logistics and documentation within the stipulated time
• Scaled up the team from 1 member to 8 executives in the department of trade execution.
• Establishing procedures for mitigating counterparty risk management by trading with high-quality counterparties with high credit ratings for better CRM
• Work closely with management to prioritise initiatives to mitigate risk and impacts across the organisation.
• Assist with development and review for new and/or changes to departmental policies and procedures

Completed Bhelor's degree in Commerce and Banking from Calicut University in India in 1996.
