Job Profile:

• Review and analyze tender & construction drawings to prepare shop drawings.
• Review and analyze Specifications, BOQ & contract documents.
• Raise concerns through RFI if there’s any clash in documents and the details provided.
• Attend meetings with Consultants and Client for Site Coordination.
• Prepare & submit shop drawings, material submittals & method statements etc. for approval.
• Take out quantities from shop drawings and compare with BOQ and raise concern if it’s not matching. 
• Raise material requests and follow up for deliveries.
• Prepare enquiries to receive quotations for the materials, services, sub-contract works, specific to project needs.
• Comparison Studies based on suppliers Quotations.
• Plan the site execution in line with base line program submitted to the consultant/client.
• Check and inspect whether work is being executed at site as per Approved Shop Drawings and Specification.
• Preparation of Work Inspection and getting it inspected by consultant.
• Review and analyze Site Daily Progress Report.
• Check all the works which are being executed at site and maintain all the records.
• Attend and conduct meetings with top managements, all dept. engineers and supervisors for site execution and coordination purposes.
• Follow up in maintaining all records to handover the project and obtaining TOC’s.
• Ensures timely completion of the projects as per the Contract and strictly adhere to all Contractual Obligations.
• Arranging inspection for Testing & Commissioning of Irrigation System and getting it inspected and approved. 
• Prepare As-Built Drawings for the completed works for Consultant Approval to handover the project.
• Preparing & submitting O&M Manual for Irrigation Works.
• Verify weekly and Monthly Progress Reports submitted to Consultant and Clients regarding the Site Progress Works.
