Moving forward in my career I have faced a lot of faces with different nationality . I had always been approching with them with making a good relationship . I had been taking responsibility to the task that I have been handovered , As I believe in myself i make sure the team that i am working with is also having fully confidence in order to finish the task within the specific time in order to have a fluent operation maintaining Quality with Quantity. To solve the problem i am always doing a short discussion with my co - Workers so that i can finish the target . I am always checking my sorroundings so that my colleagues are performing their task maintaining Health & Safety. As i believe if a person is secured & always alert then a Team is alert inside the Department.
